So what's a reformer, anyway?

It looks like a medieval bed frame. It's actually the most forgiving piece of equipment in fitness. A padded carriage slides on rails, springs add or remove resistance, and straps and a footbar let you push, pull, and stretch from every angle.

The trick: springs work both ways. They can make a move harder for the strong, or support you through one you couldn't do on the floor. That's why a first-timer and a ten-year veteran can take the same class.

Why Pilates, and why now

Yoga and breathwork taught us to slow down and open up. Pilates teaches the deep, boring-but-important muscles to hold it all together. Together they're the whole picture — which is exactly why we added it.

Core and posture first. Every move starts from the center — desk backs and tight hips love it.
Strength without the pounding. Low impact, joint-friendly, and you'll still feel it tomorrow.
Made for every body. Beginners, seniors, athletes, post-injury, pre- and postnatal. Springs adjust; you don't have to.
The perfect partner to your practice. Stronger core, deeper backbends, steadier balances. Your yoga practice gets better too.

What to expect in class

Grip socks recommended. Everything else is on us.

Built for first-timers

Every class right now is Reformer Foundations. You'll learn the machine, the basics, and how to move well before anything fancy.

45 minutes, done

Fits before work, on a lunch break, or between school pickups. Low impact, full body, no sweating through your shirt.

Small by design

One reformer per person, one teacher watching every rep. You'll get real cues, not a class where you hide in the back.
