As Plato once said, “rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul.” Gregory & Mae layer their voices together with the pure tones of the quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, handpan & more to bathe the room in sound, creating a safe, cleansing and relaxing environment for you to come home to yourself.

As we know, we are more than just our physical bodies and sometimes our energetic selves need a “reset.” This 60-minute experience is a chance to align your energetic body to the pure, high vibrations of the crystal bowls as well as the purest of vocal harmonies... and let the rest dissipate. One may experience: physical relaxation, imagery, transcendence of time and space, positive mood, and insightfulness. Some may wish to bring an eye mask (optional). No experience is required - come as you are.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.)

Mae Stewart and G.

Mae Stewart has been working with hypnosis as a therapeutic tool since 2018. She created the “Hypnosis for your Highest Self” methodology blending guided imagery, intentional language, and community co-creation to help clients connect with the highest version of themselves.

Mae’s style is to create a safe, trusting environment and lead clients through a relaxing exploration of the “inner treasure chest of the mind”, ultimately helping to bring them back home to themselves. Both skeptical newcomers and meditative veterans alike have described Mae as “the real deal” with many leaving her experiences saying things like, “wow, I’m surprised at how deep that was!” and “I didn’t know that was possible.”

In addition to her hypnosis work, Mae is a classically trained singer with a Bachelor's Degree in Music as well as a Certification from the Institute for Holographic Sound & Inner Balance (based in Austin, TX). She incorporates her musical background with the intuitive use of crystal singing bowls, gongs and various other sound healing instruments to deliver experiences that have been described as “nothing short of magical.”

Mae Stewart (formerly Deevy) is a Certified Hypnotist, Master Trainer, Integrative Life Coach, and Sound Healing Vocalist. She maintains her International Association of Counselors & Therapists (IACT) membership through ongoing trainings, continually deepening her skills to support her clients. Gregory Alexander is a lifelong singing musician straddling the spaces of multiple genres of music (including choral, solo, theatrical, sacred, groove-oriented pop, rock, country, and dance.). A practitioner and devotee of the improvised moment, Gregory is also a trained bodywork practitioner, Reiki Master, and Oneness Blessing giver dedicated to fostering wholeness wherever possible. He has been recognized as a “deeply gifted vocalist” and a “magician.”
