Where Strength Meets Flexibility: Intro to Splits Workshop

In this workshop, we will explore strength and flexibility by learning active and passive strengthening and stretching drills to apply to your split practice. 

We will touch on the yogic philosophy of the splits, also known as Hanumanasana or Monkey Pose, and how it symbolizes devotion, strength, bravery, and selfless service.

We will learn of the many physical benefits of this pose, such as improving hip stability and balance, and helping to neutralize hip rotation.
 
The workshop will end with a long savasana accompanied by sound healing to allow for integration.
 
 
This workshop is for you if you are:
- looking to get a basic understanding of the anatomy of the hips

- seeking exercises that you can take home and invite into your own practice to achieve this shape

- hoping to feel the benefits of this pose with more ease
 

Meet your host

I am a feminine liberator utilizing my gifts to activate change within the body, mind, and spirit. I use tools like somatics, word play, body awareness work, astrology and more to help guide the soul in session to stretch into a new form without fear. this looks like empowering my clients in their essence to shift almost instantly upon meeting.
