Keli is a Brazilian yoga teacher, E-RYT 500, and dedicated student of traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga. With over 12 years of teaching experience and more than 6,000 hours of classes, mentorship, and teacher trainings, she has guided students across New Zealand, Bali, and the U.S., as well as through renowned platforms such as Warriors New Zealand, Sky TV, government wellness programs, retreats, and her own initiative online: Yoga Together. Trained in over 1,000 hours of study, her approach is grounded in traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga and invites students into a steady, soulful practice through pranayama, meditation, mantra, and asana. Now based in Austin, Texas with her husband Eddie and their son Evan, Keli continues to draw inspiration from her personal sadhana and motherhood, guiding others to nourish their nervous system, deepen self-inquiry, and walk the spiritual path with clarity, courage, and heart.

Unwind and reconnect in this gently balanced practice designed to calm the body and steady the mind. We’ll begin with 35 minutes of mindful, breath-led asana (yoga postures) to release tension, build strength, and create space throughout the body. Movements are intentional and accessible to all levels, focused on helping you arrive fully in your body and in the present moment.From there, we’ll transition into a deeply restorative Savasana accompanied by 15 minutes of immersive sound.
