Leah A., yoga teacher at Flow Yoga

Leah A.

For the past 15 years, yoga has been a grounding force in my life — a space where I could reconnect, slow down, and return to balance. What began as a deeply personal practice eventually evolved into a calling to share this work with others and help people feel more embodied, stronger, and rooted within themselves.

As a certified yoga teacher through Flow Yoga, I teach from the belief that yoga is not about perfection, but connection. My classes are designed to create an experience that feels supportive, intuitive, and accessible, blending fluid movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness practices to help students move with intention and presence.

My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and grounding; creating spaces where people can soften, reconnect, and feel safe enough to fully arrive in their bodies.

Music has also been a meaningful outlet for self-expression in my life, which is why I love thoughtfully weaving it into the experiences I create. I believe movement and sound together can deepen presence, emotion, and connection.

My intention is simple: to help people leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves than when they arrived.
