When enjoyed mindfully, it can become a quiet ritual that supports creativity, intention, and a sense of ancestral wisdom.

Join with community, sip Cacao and anchor your prayers using gentle breath connection. We will close with a sound healing to harmonize your body, mind & soul with the intentions and prayers in your heart.

Greg Moran is a Breathwork Facilitator, Ceremonialist and student of the shamanic healing arts with a focus on sacred plants, somatic integration and nature connection.
