Topic: Insights to Close 2024 - Your Year in Review: Reflect & Reset

Join JJ for a Learn and Breathe event focused on reflecting on the year that was and closing out 2024 with clarity and peace of mind. In this session, JJ will guide you through a process of reviewing 2024, helping you gain insights and release anything that no longer serves you.

 

You’ll explore:

 

  • How to reflect on your achievements, lessons learned, and areas for growth.
  • Techniques for embracing and letting go of challenges from the past year.
  • Mindfulness practices to ground yourself and create closure as you wrap up 2024.
  • Practical exercises to help you reset emotionally and mentally, leaving the year behind with a sense of peace.

 

This event is designed to help you close out 2024 in a positive and intentional way, allowing you to feel a sense of completion and gratitude for the journey.

It is not the typical meditation
We will use ancient and modern breathing techniques to hack and reset your
nervous system and prepare you for the week. At the end of the session, you will feel
a new depth of relaxation.

To improve your experience we suggest you bring the following:

● An eye mask

Meet your host

JJ is a Human Optimization Strategist.

He found his path into the world of Optimal Breathing in 2015 after visiting his hometown at 13000 ft of altitude. When he arrived, he suffered from lack of Oxygen and altitude sickness.

That's what got him curious about the power of breathing and started his adventure through several schools and certifications of Breathwork.
