Intro to Ayurveda & Mudras

Ayurveda is the science of life and self healing, a holistic approach to wellness.

Join us to discover your body constitution and how to balance it, a study of self discovery and self compassion to self and others, learn daily rituals for each of the doshas, we will end class with sound healing to integrate.

A mudra is a symbolic or ritual gesture or pose in Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism. While some mudras involve the entire body, most are performed with the hands and fingers. Learn how certain mudras are used to invoke certain qualities and how they can be used too deepen your meditation and yoga practices.
