ECSTATIC DANCE

Ecstatic dance is an intuitive movement based expression exercise with few cues.

Upon check in, there is an opportunity to socialize with the community.

There is a cocao bar for ceremonial heart opening.

There will be a brief description of the class and container rules, and an opportunity to ask questions, and give song requests.

Container rules include:
-No shoes
-No talking
-Consent & respect required for interacting with anyone during the practice
-There is a space provided to congregate/talk
-Flow toys welcome but not provided
-No drugs/alcohol

The practice will ebb and flow to a curated playlist, with rising and flowing energy culminating into a peak - then transitioning into stillness to finish off with a meditation/?havãsana and sound vibration healing.

As I was transitioning and searching for ways to be more present in my life, I stumbled into ‘intuitive movement’ - a place where I could emote, step back into my body, build confidence, and find support in a loving community. Showing up and continuing to dance has trickled into so many parts of my everyday. This movement continues to leave me feeling empowered to create the life I imagine and to flow with everything unexpected along the way!

I look forward to sharing this joyous playful movement with you so that you can show up more authentically and empowered to live the life of your dreams! Flow with me! :)
