Timmy A.

With a background as a professional musician and a passion for sound
as a tool for healing, Timmy brings both artistry and care to their
offerings and classes. A classically trained cellist with a degree in
Music Theory and Composition from the University of
Wisconsin–Whitewater, Timmy has performed across genres and settings,
from symphony halls to collaborative projects and solo work.

After moving to Austin in 2023, Timmy shifted their focus from
performance to wellness, developing cello-led sound baths and sound
healing sessions that weave intentional tones, healing frequencies,
and connection oriented droning into immersive experiences. Their
sessions are designed to open space for both restoration and deep
work, blending music with a deep curiosity for the intersections of
sound, healing, and the body. Currently pursuing a massage therapy
license, Timmy is committed to expanding their practice to integrate
physical and energetic support.
