I’m a 200 RYT certified yoga teacher passionate about holding space for others to move, breathe, and feel their best. I teach all levels vinyasa classes that are thoughtfully designed to energize the body and calm the mind.
My teaching style leans toward the spicier side — offering dynamic flows that help students release built up energy, build strength and reconnect with their inner power, all while encouraging self awareness and joy on the mat.
