Adrienne G.

Adrienne is a Minnesota native & Howard University alumna who enjoys a great book, traveling to new places, and laughing with friends. She was first introduced to yoga by a friend in 2006 and used it as a great workout until her training in 2020 which led to a deeper understanding of the discipline and to guiding classes.

You can look forward to a strength-building flow and a bright playlist in a judgement-free space. All levels are welcome! Come ready to play, explore new postures, and deepen your personal practice in community with others. I hope you leave feeling challenged and rewarded.
