Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is an intuitive movement based expression exercise with few cues.

The practice will begin with light breathwork and ebb & flow to a curated playlist that Austin will be DJing, with rising and flowing energy culminating into a peak - then transitioning into stillness to finish off with a meditation.

Upon check in, there is an opportunity to socialize with the community.

The cacao lounge is next door if you would like to purchase and experience additional heart opening.

There will be a brief description of the class and container rules and an opportunity to ask questions beofore leading into movement.

Container rules:
-No shoes
-No talking
-Consent & respect required for interacting with anyone during the practice
-There is a space provided to congregate/talk
-Flow toys welcome but not provided
-No drugs/alcohol
