THE COLOR OF WOMANS SOUL: A Chakra Series with Live Drumming

Each month we will focus on a specific chakra. The Root Chakra will be the focus for the month of July. The Root Chakra is associated with the color red and strength. You may choose to wear something red to tap into your inner strength even further.

 

This experience is the necessary shadow work that cannot be done on our own. Apart of the matriarchal power that is rising into rebirth requires women to come into union with one another to move through our collective shadow together in order to explore what we often hide when in-person our of fear of perception. This series is for women because we are the energetic blueprint, meaning that when we run from facing our truth the rest of the collective runs. When we face all of it, we become all of it which in turn transforms us into a force to be reckoned with.

 

 

For the first hour we will be immersed in sound, experiencing the self through the sound of the chakras. We will sit together in non verbal meditation, awareness and embodiment practice. The last thirty minutes will be time to discuss and write about the experience we've journeyed through together.
