ECSTATIC DANCE

Ecstatic dance is an intuitive movement based expression exercise with few cues.

Upon check in, there is an opportunity to socialize with the community.

There is a cocao bar for ceremonial heart opening.

There will be a brief description of the class and container rules, and an opportunity to ask questions, and give song requests.

 

Container rules include:
-No shoes
-No talking
-Consent & respect required for interacting with anyone during the practice
-There is a space provided to congregate/talk
-Flow toys welcome but not provided
-No drugs/alcohol

 

The practice will ebb and flow to a curated playlist, with rising and flowing energy culminating into a peak - then transitioning into stillness to finish off with a meditation/?havãsana and sound vibration healing.

Farrah W. at Flow Yoga

Farrah W.

Farrah spent 7 weeks in Thailand specializing in multiple forms of Yoga, including: Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga. Holding the belief that moving your body is an intuitive practice that can be connected to the mind and spirit, she invites to bring nothing but an open mind, and unleashing your body to find freedom through movement.
