One hour with just you and pure energy on the mat, the perfect time to stop worries and thoughts. My name is Olexandra I am a teacher of hatha yoga, which in Sanskrit means "hatha" - strength, perseverance, absolute necessity, and "yoga" - connection, unity, curbing the mind.My journey started 9 years ago when I first came to a yoga camp and got acquainted with different types of yoga, meditation, mantras, and chanting and immediately dived into this wonderful world! Having visited India, and Nepal, I got even more convinced that yoga plays a substantial role in my life, and now I want to share with other people my knowledge and see my destiny in serving the world this way.The great sages of the past left us a remarkable legacy in the form of yoga, which not only helps us to be healthy physically but also helps us mentally, with our fears and anxieties.I believe that through the physical body, we can work with the energy in the chakras and the soul. The entire universe is in us, you just need to believe in it and yoga will help you to feel it.Join me for this rejuvenating hatha yoga and meditation class.Read class details
