Kayla T.

Kayla Jay Tizzano is a dedicated space holder, guide, and lifelong student of the human experience. With deep gratitude for the path that has shaped her, Kayla brings a grounded yet expansive presence to her work, inviting others to reconnect with their spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical selves.

Over the past decade, she has devoted herself to personal growth and embodied learning, courageously meeting fear and limiting beliefs with curiosity and compassion. Her journey includes over 1,000 hours of yoga training, thousands of hours in meditation, and certifications as a Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates instructor.

Kayla’s approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins within. She is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel safe to explore their inner world, embrace vulnerability, and reconnect to their own energy and truth. As she continues to evolve, she is currently expanding her studies into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), integrating tools that support lasting, holistic change.

Known for her ability to listen deeply and connect authentically, Kayla honors each person’s unique story. She believes that when we choose to shift, healing and growth become not only possible, but powerful. In her spaces, all are welcomed exactly as they are—invited to soften, expand, and come home to themselves.

This subtle, quiet practice will target the deepest tissues of your body to promote better circulation, flexibility, and greater joint mobility. Let time and gravity do the work in these long-held, prop assisted poses. Enjoy the feeling of stress and anxiety melting away as you promote stillness of mind and body. The final relaxation includes sound healing, with singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks, chimes and more that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced. Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Classes take place in the Alma room located in the front courtyard of Casa de Luz.*While we do have a limited number of mats available, we may not have enough for every student in larger classes. To ensure everyone is covered, we kindly ask that you bring your own mat if you have one. This way, those who truly need to borrow one can do so. With your help, we can continue to support one another and make our shared space comfortable and accessible for all.We also invite you to bring any personal items (blanket, eye mask, pillow, etc.) that will help you to feel extra comfortable during class.*Some of our classes may include optional physical touch, such as gentle adjustments or supportive contact, to help guide you in your practice. Your instructor will always announce this at the beginning of class. If you prefer not to receive any physical touch, please feel free to let the instructor know before class begins. We fully support your choice and want to ensure that you feel safe, respected, and comfortable at all times.Read class details

Come home to yourself through the timeless practice of Hatha Yoga, where breath and movement become a conversation rather than a performance. This class offers a playful yet grounding exploration of foundational postures, mindful transitions, and intentional breathwork, creating space to build strength, flexibility, and awareness at a pace that honors your body.Inspired by the balance of ha (sun) and tha (moon), we'll explore the dynamic dance between effort and ease, activation and surrender, steadiness and flow. Together we'll awaken the warmth of the sun within us while making room for the quiet wisdom of the moon, remembering that both energies live in each of us.Each class weaves gentle flowing sequences, conscious breathing, moments of stillness, and a guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system and cultivate presence. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, you'll be invited to move with curiosity, listen deeply to your body, and leave feeling more balanced, centered, and connected.Come as you are. One hour with just you and pure energy on the mat, the perfect time to stop worries and thoughts. My name is Olexandra I am a teacher of hatha yoga, which in Sanskrit means "hatha" - strength, perseverance, absolute necessity, and "yoga" - connection, unity, curbing the mind.My journey started 9 years ago when I first came to a yoga camp and got acquainted with different types of yoga, meditation, mantras, and chanting and immediately dived into this wonderful world! Having visited India, and Nepal, I got even more convinced that yoga plays a substantial role in my life, and now I want to share with other people my knowledge and see my destiny in serving the world this way.The great sages of the past left us a remarkable legacy in the form of yoga, which not only helps us to be healthy physically but also helps us mentally, with our fears and anxieties.I believe that through the physical body, we can work with the energy in the chakras and the soul. The entire universe is in us, you just need to believe in it and yoga will help you to feel it.Join me for this rejuvenating hatha yoga and meditation class.Read class details
